Free Standard Shipping

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping within most of Canada on orders over $99, with the following exceptions:

  • Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Territories are not eligible for free shipping

  • Remote destinations may be subject to a shipping surcharge if the cost of shipping exceeds $20 CAD
    In these cases, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm next steps.

If you’re shipping to a PO Box, please select Canada Post Shipping at checkout.

Orders that qualify for free shipping but require delivery to a PO Box may be subject to an additional fee if an alternative address cannot be provided.

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers including (but not limited to): GLS, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, and Canada Post. For free shipping orders, our team will select the most appropriate carrier based on parcel size and destination.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.
Processing times may be longer during peak or holiday periods.

If you’d like us to hold your order for a future occasion, please let us know at the time of purchase.

While we do our best to time shipments close to requested delivery dates, carrier delivery timelines are not guaranteed.


Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you have questions about your shipment and a tracking number has been provided, please contact the shipping carrier directly first, as they have the most up-to-date delivery information and can contact the driver if needed.

If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, you’re welcome to reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.


Local Delivery – GTA Addresses

If you need your order to arrive on a specific date and the destination is within the GTA, we recommend selecting one of our local delivery options below.
(Free standard shipping does not include date-specific delivery.)

Trexity Delivery

  • Available up to 50 km from our storefront

  • Delivery costs start at $10 and are based on distance

  • Available 7 days a week

  • You may select your preferred delivery date at checkout, and we’ll schedule accordingly

Good Foot Delivery

  • A local courier service providing meaningful employment to the neuro-diverse community

  • Available for Toronto addresses within walking distance or accessible by transit from our store

  • Delivery costs start at $8 and are distance-based

  • Available Monday to Friday (no weekend delivery)


Local Pickup (Free)

You may pick up your order for free from either of our retail locations during regular business hours:

  • Toronto West: 228 Mavety St (just west of Keele & Dundas)

  • Toronto Midtown: 590 Mount Pleasant Rd (between Davisville & Eglinton)

Please note that our online inventory reflects stock across both retail locations.
As a result, pickup orders may take 1–4 business days to be ready while inventory is transferred between stores. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.

Someone else may pick up your order on your behalf, provided they have the order number and the order confirmation email.


Abandoned Order Policy

To ensure accurate inventory management and timely service, we maintain a strict policy regarding unclaimed or abandoned orders.

An abandoned order is any in-store pickup order that:

  • Has been marked as ready for pickup, completed, or is awaiting customer response, and

  • Remains unclaimed for more than 90 calendar days from the date the customer was first notified that the order was ready.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided at checkout before an order is considered abandoned.

Once an order is deemed abandoned:

  • The order is no longer eligible for pickup, refund, or store credit

  • Items may be donated, restocked, or responsibly disposed of at our discretion

  • No exceptions will be made once the abandonment period has passed


Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout, including unit numbers, buzzer codes, postal codes, and recipient contact details.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer and is returned to us or requires redirection:

  • A return-to-sender fee charged by the carrier may be deducted from any refund, and

  • A second delivery charge will apply if the order needs to be re-shipped

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to cover additional carrier charges resulting from address errors.

If an order is confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.
