Shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping for most of Canada for orders over $99.
If you are using a PO Box you must select Canada Post Shipping. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping that use a PO Box may be subject to an additional fee if an alternative address cannot be provided.
Orders will be delivered by major couriers including but not limited to: Purolator, Fedex, Canpar or Canada Post. For orders with Free Shipping our team will select the best delivery method for your order depending on the parcel size and destination.
Orders using traditional shipping methods are typically shipped within 24-48 hours unless you request us to hold the order for an upcoming occasion. If you want the order delivered for a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to time the shipment so it arrives as close to that date as possible. Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for carrier delays.
Local Delivery - GTA Addresses
Local GTA delivery is available with several different couriers including Trexity and Goodfoot Delivery.
Trexity
Trexity delivery is available up to 50km from our storefront. Delivery costs start at $7 and are calculated based on the distance the destination is from our retail store. Trexity offers delivery 7 days a week. When you're checking out you may select your desired delivery date and we will schedule the package accordingly.
Good Foot Delivery
Good Foot Delivery is a local Courier service that provides meaningful employment to the neuro-diverse community.
Good Foot Delivery is available for Toronto shipping addresses that are within walking distance of the store or easily accessible by transit. Delivery costs start at $8 and are calculated based on the distance the destination is from our retail store.
Good Foot Delivery is available Monday - Friday (no weekend deliveries).
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for free from 228 Mavety Street (just West of Keele and Dundas) during regular business hours.
