When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. During peak or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.
My order has a tracking number — who should I contact?
If your order has shipped and you received a tracking number, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
They have the most up-to-date delivery information and can contact the driver if needed.
If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll help where possible.
Is free shipping available everywhere in Canada?
Free shipping over $99 applies to most of Canada.
Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Territories are excluded, and remote destinations may incur a shipping surcharge if shipping costs exceed $20. We’ll contact you before proceeding.
How long does local pickup take?
Pickup orders may take 1–4 business days to be ready, as inventory may be transferred between our two store locations. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes — someone else may pick up your order as long as they have your order number and confirmation email.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
Pickup orders are held for 90 calendar days from the date you’re notified that the order is ready.
After 90 days, the order is considered abandoned and is no longer eligible for pickup, refund, or credit.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
