Our return and exchange policy window is 30 days.  If you’re not totally satisfied with your order, please visit us in store at 228 Mavety Street, Toronto, Ontario, M6P2M2 or send an email to hello@caribougifts.ca within 30 days and we will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction.

Items being returned/exchanged must be new and in their original packaging.  To complete your return/exchange we require proof of purchase.  

Food Items including Gift Baskets:

We do not accept returns for food items.

Sale Items:

All discounted or sale items are considered Final Sale.

Online Orders:

Returns may be made in person or by mail to 228 Mavety Street, Toronto, Ontario, M6P2M2. If you are mailing your return, please contact us by email to let us know you are returning your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and your original shipping costs are also not refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the shipping fees from the original order).

Gifts:

Gifts require a gift receipt or record of the original transaction in order to process an exchange or issue store credit.  Gifts must be unused and in the original packaging to be returned.  Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Food items may not be returned or exchanged.
