Our return and exchange window is 14 days. If you’re not totally satisfied with your order, please visit us in store at 228 Mavety Street, Toronto or 590 Mount Pleasant Rd, Toronto, or email hello@caribougifts.ca within 14 days of receipt and we will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction.

Items being returned or exchanged must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, proof of purchase is required.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased on sale

  • All gift baskets

  • Food

  • Bath & body products


Online Orders

Returns may be made in person or by mail to either of the following locations:

  • 590 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, ON, M4S 2M8

If you are mailing your return, please email hello@caribougifts.ca to notify us before sending your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, a handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our initial shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment minus applicable shipping and handling fees.


Returned-to-Sender / Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

  • Refused delivery

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed shipments

The following will apply:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Any carrier return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund

  • If the order originally qualified for free shipping, a handling fee will be deducted to cover outbound shipping costs

  • If you request the order to be re-shipped, a new shipping charge will apply

If a returned shipment contains final sale items, those items are not eligible for refund or exchange, even if returned to us.

We are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses resulting from address errors or failure to accept delivery.


Gifts

Gifts require an order number or gift receipt to process an exchange or issue store credit.
Returned gift items must be unused and in original packaging.

The following gift items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased on sale

  • All gift baskets

  • Food

  • Bath & body products


After Christmas Returns

We offer an extended return and exchange window after Christmas.
Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 must be returned by January 15.

Please note:

  • Seasonal merchandise cannot be returned after Christmas

  • Final sale rules still apply
