Heat Sensitive: These products are susceptible to melting or spoilage in high heat. This includes our decadent Donini chocolate bars, Chocolate Moose Fudge Factory treats, and specialty items like brie and jams. Look for heat warnings in product descriptions to see if your items are okay to ship.

Because we are based right here in Toronto, we can offer a higher level of protection for local deliveries. We have included clear warnings on all heat-sensitive products to help guide your purchase.

GTA Deliveries: Heat-sensitive items, including chocolate and brie, can be safely shipped within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Because transit times are shorter, we can better manage the environment of your package.

Beyond the GTA: For any orders traveling outside of the GTA, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive items won't melt or be affected by the temperature. While we take every precaution in our packaging, the unpredictable nature of long-distance summer transit is a risk for delicate sweets.

If you are sending a gift to a loved one outside of Toronto, we highly recommend browsing our Summer Safe collection.
